When do I pay?

The VasaraUSA fee (€99) is paid when your application is approved. Government and sponsor fees are paid at their respective stages: the sponsor fee when you select your sponsor, the SEVIS fee before your visa interview, and the MRV fee when you schedule your embassy appointment.

What if my visa is denied?

The VasaraUSA platform fee is refundable if your visa is denied. Government fees (SEVIS and visa application) are non-refundable per US government policy. Sponsor refund policies vary by sponsor but most offer partial refunds for visa denials.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. What you see above is the complete cost. We do not charge for document processing, phone calls, or "urgency fees." The breakdown on this page is exactly what you will pay.

Can I pay in installments?

We are working on a payment plan option for the sponsor fee. The VasaraUSA fee (€99) is a single payment made when your application is approved.
